Ker Reega spawned at + 1004.49 - 2057.57 39.78 (when you enter tunnels from north, it's the first dead end side tunnel with 3 mobs in it, before the spot where Ker Reega is marked on the map)
So it looks like he can spawn from any mephit on the northen side of the tunnels.
Now only Lor Reega left for Lunanyn Hunter :) Wish me luck!

oh and one info about the fear effect: you wont get credit for the kill when the mob dies while you re under the fear effect, no exp and no hunter credit.

He dropped Formal Armwraps today.
Cleaned all the way from the most northern entrance to where Deeva stands for 6 hours continuously.
He didn't spawn for even one time, and keep pulling in the narrow tunnel is really tired to my eyes.
I noticed the mobs here will keep changing, the spawn can be any of 3 kinds of reega,, they are not static.
In this way, I can't ensure which one is the placeholder, maybe its just a very rare spawn.

Ker Reega spawns in the northernmost section of the tunnels. It is likely that any static mephit in that section is a placeholder. He casts a one-tick fear but otherwise doesn't have any special attacks I noticed.
