can a 33 monk solo him?

I've fought him with help as a level 17 Enchanter. Even after hitting him with Tash, he resisted about 90 percent of the spells I cast at him.
he's either 23 or 24, i forget what lev i was when i was killing him, but he was solid black thu out one of those lev.. so he's not 19 or 20 as listed here.

Yesterday, my 20th druid and a 20th ranger harmony pulled this room. I cast shield of barbs on him so he could fight while i healed and nuked. I looted the turbin and am selling it on the Quellious server, send tells to Tegwedar. Oh, yeah, the level is WAY off, he was red to us at 20. Harmony strategy- If you aren't KoS to the kerrans here, you can just run right up, harmony the 4 guys by the entrance(I always run right up to them while harmonizing as is NEVER aggro's them on me, it will show up on you, so you can tell if it wears) and the guy on the throne, lions are in throne guy range. Pull the guys at the entrance first. (NOTE: be SURE to kill the guys outside of throne room first, we had 2 ghulams and an awrat aggro on us while we were taking lions) Then do the lions ONE AT A TIME. When they are dead, med up to full and pull shazda guy. Be SURE there are no other mobs in area, as they WILL aggro. It helps to DS both of you and both melee as he MUST die bofore other guys respawn, as mentioned before, we had 2 ghulams and an awrat aggro on us. I had to use careless lightning to bring down shazda guy so we could focus on the adds. I hope this helps.

it drop.. something like called "Shazda's Trubit" or i am wrong in spelling, ok the stats is 4 dex, 4 agi, all/all with no AC

He cons blue to me at 28.He also drops the shazda turbin but its rare.As you enter kerra island go across the brigde and down the pathway,then turn left into a tunnel and hes there in the middle of 2 lions and a few kerrans around in that room.He's has a lot of life but he's patheticly weak
