It happens right after an emote that says "He looks Compelled".
He procs it quite often so it takes forever to bring him down.

King casts banishment. I think it is this spell https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=24539 because we took damage. However, the range seemed larger the PBAE 30 in the spell data so it may be the push only version and another damaging AE.
