Cons even to my 17th ranger, scowls like crazy at my DE cleric - he's amiable with HH guards, dubious with NK/Qeynos - but scowled at by EK regulars - and have killed a LOT of bandits to no avail...?/

I figure she has to be either on the Karana Residents Faction.
I am a DE Necro, and I camped the raiders in SK until I could not get ANY faction from them at all. I am now Ally to Circle of Unseen hands and Qeynos Guards, and Kindly to Karana Residents.
Shalena and the Guards here are all Kindly to me.
Thus the reason for my assumption.
It's possible that she might be tied into the Highpass Guards faction, as that is also maxed, but I haven't passed back through Highpass yet. But based on the fact that she is not listed as a "Guard" I seriously Doubt it.

Higher then lvl 13, more like 17ish. Is good xp for an evil race or soemone that doesnt care about faction. Made 10pp off of her in 2 levels, good spawn/downtime ration, and good xp. Careful, the guards will slaughter you if you get too close.
what faction hits does killing her give?
