I believe the noble crest is for a quest to get a crude stein in grobb or oggok.

I have just slain her. I found her running south along the east wall of the zone; she was heading towards Guk and ran past it. I tried to hail her but I got no repsonse at all, but this may be because I'm a troll warrior that worships Cazic-Thule. My reward for slaying this vile human was A Noble's Crest (no drop), a Hunting Bow, and Human Flesh--no coins. The faction hits were as follows:

I have no clue what level she was because I'm level 39 and she was mighty green, but she took over 300 hit points worth of damage if that helps anyone.

she coned yellow to me an i am lvl 12 so i think something is wrong
