I did some faction testing in the zone. I got all the way to amiable doing the sharp tooth quest with Thalith Mamluk on the dock. I managed it so that I was one sharp tooth into amiable. I then killed a kerran ghulan, and lost faction back into indifferent. It then took 2 sharp tooth quest completions to regain my amiable faction. Thus:
1 kerran ghulam = 2 sharp teeth
1 Falthrik Lothoro = 3 sharp teeth

After coming in the tunnel, the ghulam to the far left (past the hut) can be killed on the spot w/ no adds. Also the one that is across the bridge to the far right.
