Timbur could possibly be a triggered spawn . . . I did see him once, the same as Groi Gutblade. This scimitar sucks though. Where are the good 20s to 30s level druid quests?
I never really thought about it, but I have seen this guy on track several times. He is red to me at level 30, and I was killing the corrupt guards then porting back to turn in the bracelets. I don't remember for sure, but he might be in the West Karana zone or the North Karana zone. I will try and take a screen shot next time I have him on track. Stormbain of Karana 30th Wood Elf Druid
Ummmm, you were probably looking at "Tiny Miller" on track, not "Timbur the Tiny". Tiny Miller is low 40s thats why he was red to you and he's in West Karana. Timbur the Tiny is in North Karana.
Timbur lives ! Guildmates of mine stumbled into him fought him, killed him easz. No idea for the spawn timing or conditions though, sorry ! This was on Vallon Zek server..
Has anyone seen where he spawns or have an idea of the placeholder? I do not think that the hill giants are his placeholder, because I spent many many levels killing them and never saw him.
I'm wondering if he has a specific spawn point, like the AC in Sro, which spawns east of the merchant camp, then walks towards them (his PH has the same path).
I have no doubt this guy has been removed from the game by virtue of the fact I have LIVED in this zone for about 500 hours of real time on various characters and have never seen NOR met anyone who has seen him in over a year at least.
Timbur is part of an extant quest. It's a sucky quest, but the NPC still spouts off about it when you ask, so I'm going to assume Verant isn't so stupid as to take out quest NPCs without taking out the quest.
Rathe Mountains: Solevdi Aldeberan, in the druid circle, will present you with your very own Solvedi Scimitar, a druid 1HS sword, if you give him a Gaint Laceless sandal (found on the giant Timbur the Tiny in NK) and a Lionhide backpack (found on Groi Gutblade in SK).
I have seen him twice in East Karana but never in North. Both times I was using my Lvl 8 chanter running back and forward doing the moggok quest and my 32 SK was in Kunark doh!
Yes Timbur is in NK for sure. I have only seen, and killed(*grin), him once though. I have spent a fair amount of time there and I check my track often. Maybe he is just REALLY REALLY rare. Like a good Dru quest *s Good luck getting him all
i was medding at the druid circle,(feeling proteced by fellow druids), when whack.. tiny timber crushes you for 70 hps,.... you've been slain by tint the tibur
I saw him today on tracking...got him. BLUE!!!!to me at 26. Needless to say he whipped my *** cuz I was oom and some mage finished him off and kept the loot(sandal) for himself and wouldn't even random me for it since I pulled and beat it half to death.
I have practically lived in N Karana now for my past 5 levels and I have never seen him or heard of anyone seeing him. My brother is a 35th level Ranger and we fight together almost all the time and Timbur has never shown up on his tracking. I'm starting to think that this is one of those mob's that has been taken out or is completely broken.
I've actually seen him 2 days ago. Was Jogging around the gypsy camp, hittin wisps if I saw em, and borer beetles, and saw Timbur around the gaurd tower there. Conned yellow to a lev 20 and looked like a HG. I've seen Grimfeather too many times to mention, but this was the first I've seen tiny.

Get your zones straight. You are talking about Tiny Miller the ogre and Furball Miller the gnoll. They are in WEST Karana. This here's Timbur the Tiny, a hill giant in NORTH Karana.
