Am I the only one finding it impossible to suddenly not be able to hurt these guys after the patch. I have tried everything but always get the Magic absorbs the damage message. Are these guys suddenly protected? I was happily hunting them down before the patch.

hitting up to 73 or 74 for higher level ones

These con even and blue to my 32 friend never yellow but all are yellow and red to my 28 warrior

I believe the level range is correct, however these hit for a few extra points of damage than ordinary mobs their level (lev 30 one hits for 69); if your party is barely bringing down Tesch Mas gnolls, don't try the Mal ones.
