I know I have spent ALOT of time in SK recently (over the last month) and I have never heard anybody shout that he was out till yesterday. He spawned twice in 15 minutes and the same group got him both times, near Paw.

i've spent about 3 weeks in sk (probably more) been there since lvl 20 and i'm lvl 30 now, don't see quillmane that often but every now and then you hear a shout he is out, i wasn't kidding we got him twice in one hour but from what i've heard we are the luckiest sons a ******* a live because that happened, and if it wasn't for the lvl 35 enchanter, me lvl 27shammy and my friend 25bard would have had a good time tryin to kill that *******.

Sean is right...the is no way quillmane spawns 5-7times in 3hrs..ive spent many a days in SK and have only seen him spawn 1x!(spent atleast 100hrs there)

Is there any faction hits for killing this flying mule? And if so what are they. I being a 26 ShadowKnight don't care mure for faction but I have friends that are gooody goodies and they want they cloak. Any Help Would be good.

you wouldn't believe me if i told you but my group killed him twice in about a one hour time period at 3am est on the ctc server. He dropped the cloak both times and now my roomate and i have unlimited levitates!

he is just a tad bit rarer than 5 to 7 times in 3 hours closer to like 1s ina week with phs

He spawnz in between the fountian and Centuarz... he is quite rare in 3 hourz you will see him 5-7times. He droopz legz common(they REALLY suck) and the mantle rare(Very guud item for us tankz)(recently they changed the leveitate effect on cloak to hava e a spell time... Before you could just run and cast it but now you have to stop.

Quillmane was blue to me at 31. It hit very hard so I am guessing high blue. I would guess the minimum level at around 29-30.
