This mob spawns at west wall north of Splitpaw, roaming. Also to the west side opposite the Centaur Village to the north east side near the 2 treant and back again. On the same spawn table as Brother Qwinn.

I killed her early in the morning. I don't know what lvl she is but i believe she is lvl 29. shes a half-elf druid and she duel wields which was just weird when i saw her. she loves to Dot and to also heal herself being a 40 druid she dropped pretty quick evenwith the heals i had to snare her cause she can hit for 40-60s. she dropped the silverish scimatar.

There is no way she can be 27-29...I have killed her when i was 24th and she coned blue to me..
