Anyone know the loc of where he spawns?Have tried all suggestions and no Gnashmaw.Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me?

Saw him at -6500, -460 between aviaks and hermit heading east during night. He attacked a wandering rook and it would have killed him so that might contribute to not seeing him very often. Con dark blue to lvl 17 monk so his lvl is wrong or varys. Hit me with Strong Disease, looted Vial of Rabid Froth.

Not sure where he spawned, but found him last night on the north side of the red clay mountain running north toward Splitpaw (-3500, +800). He dropped the poison vial.
This was the first time I've seen this guy in over 40 hours of hunting in SK trying to get the cloak from Quillmane for the Magician Epic (3 kills, 3 leggings).

nm seen this gnoll on track with a 40 ranger 189 tracking skill. Have been to the hermit numerous times but have never seen this gnoll. if someone can help me please contanct

I was resting from my hunts in the Aviak village(going after the Avocets and the gems the others have for Jewelcraft) and this Gnoll came up and attacked me. It was green and my pet took the aggro as I backed off. Tried to disease me, but I fortunately resisted. But was an easy kill for a 32nd season Enchanter. I didn't use any spells on him either.
Apparently he is wandering aimlessly around the zone. One more thing, he was out at night when I butchered him. Don't know if that matches anyone else's experience and there is a pattern to look for...

I found him Southwest of the Hermit at -6800, -1330.
I killed him last night on the Drinal server. He was sitting at the undead ruins. Hit me once with a 170 damage spell, then after that just came right up to me and attack me. Was very easy to kill with my lvl 20 monk

This dirty sob cast Strong disease on me and 2 hours later I'm still diseased. How long does this thing take to get rid of?

Killed him today Green to lvl 25. Drops Vial of Rabid Froth. He spawned behind the Hermit.

As for the serrated bone dirk: It procs the spell engulfing darkness.
The spell casts automatically during the fight but you must be at the correct level and have enough dexterity or you will get the "Your will is not strong enough" message. It's a necro DoT and Slow spell, btw. Procing weps are a must have for rogues! hehe

You need to be at east lvl 27 to get it to proc. 150pt DOT plus a snare effect. Nice addition to any rogue ********

Please anyone I have been in South Karana for a long time now looking for this Gnashmaw fool and I cannot find him...If anyone could please tell me I would owe you a great debt...I heard he spawns near the Hermit House is this true???

Yes, I killed him a couple days ago and he was indeed close to the Hermit.

Saw Gnashmaw today between Aviak city and the zone to Lake Rathetear. Killed him easily and got the Vial of Rabid Froth and a Backpack.

It's first hit infected me with "Strong Disease."

Does anyone have any info on where this guy spawns and how often? I just reached 18 and, as a Mage, feel he would be a good camp if he's a regualr spawn.

Don't let the stats fool you. I gave this to my lvl 14 warrior and it works like a weapon with similar stats except for one thing... While in combat once I got a blue message that said, "Your will is not strong enough to command this weapon" That tells me there is more to it than just the stats. If anyone with a "stronger will" finds out what it's magic is please post.

I got one it is light 2 point 5 weight damage like a combine long sword GREAT for paladin types that are not hight str. We will see what I get for it.!

serrated blade (looks like sharkjaw cutlass) is 1hs 6/28 Magic...looks kewl, but not too good, however ive seen this go for up to 250pp for its rarity and looks...hey dont ask me why, i wouldnt pay 25pp for it. =P

Dunno his level, conned green at 25 =P Anyway, I guess 18 might be reasonable...the loot is correct, our druid looted it...This gnoll LOOKS like an exhumed gnoll, but wait! Cannot cast undead spells! I clicked on Ward Undead (I'm a paladin) and it doesn't work, clicked on Spook, doesn't work either =P Rats man!
