I had to kill 3-4 spawns of PH's before she spawned, and when she did, it was the fabled version. See, I didn't know about the fabled maid Issis being lvl 55, nor did I know about it being listed on this site. So even though she still conned DB to my 51 ranger, I got my butt handed to me. She hit for 100-300 everytime, and I was down for the count in less than a minute and half. So... watch out for the fabled version! But luckily I got some help from PoK and we came back and killed her. Dropped the fang, among other things. Both the maid and butler dropped fangs on first kills, but I had to kill 3-4 PH's before they spawned.

i finished the "Vampire Teeth" sub quest for the "Call of Flame" ranger spell quest today... and i gota say... I HATE MAID ISSIS!!!... farmed her and the butler for over 30 hours to get their fangs to drop... and in all that time, she only spawned 8 times... yeah... good times...

I have camped this spot for a few days now and I have yet to see her spawn.

I recently helped several guildies with this while the MM residents were displaced to LFay.
The butler and the maid both spawned as either the DE Robed version or the vampire version. At least for us, only the DE Robed versions ever dropped the fang. The vampire versions never once dropped a fang.

The Maid and Butler now spawn at the LFay Orc camp not far from the ranger station.

Confirmed, the maid and butler now spawn at the location 219.65, 327.64, -3.15. 20 minute spawn time with multiple PH's.

Been keeping a keen eye out in bazaar for fangs but havent seen any in a looooong time.
So the good lady and I decided to pop into Mistmoor, not my fave place. We got to Butler and Maids spawn rooms and kept em clear for 3 hours (felt like more). Butler spawned 3 or 4 times and eventually dropped the fang, but we are yet to see the Maid at all. Anyone seen this wench recently? :)
BTW read a post below about the Ancille Cooks not aggroing out onto passage just before our camp. They do now, both of them, with HT primed and hitting for about 370 each... :O Hardly worrying for my pally, but a ranger soloing might find that a tad more than a flesh wound ;)
We've both camped out in the Maids rooms, and as a lvl 52 pally with good-ish kit I can happily take the 3 or 4 mobs that spawn in one go, and once rooms are clean, its easy to keep em that way, so we'll hang about for a while yet...

I've been trying to get the fang for the call of flame quest for 3 days now (20 hours). I have received 6 nightshade wreaths but no fang. I was with another lvl 51 ranger when he got it in like 30 minutes......jeeeeze! i have everything else for the quest except the maid Issis fang. i bought the Adamantite ring in bsazaar for 200pp, got the burnt sash from the help of 5 other lvl 50+ PC's and 4 of us died getting out of Sol B. i got "A gift" relatively easy - everyone was where they were SUPPOSED TO BE!
My advice to anyone doing this quest is to try and buy it at Bazaar. i saw it there for 750pp but am too cheep to buy it. Know that I've spent so much time on it, its a matter of pride. Actually, rangers get a lvl 52 upgrade spell that does 300 dd so why get the 49 spell? Oh well, live and learn.

I have camped Isiss more then I care to admit the shortest time being 5 hours with her only spawning once. The most time ive camped her was 14 hours in which she popped about once an hour that time and every time no fang. Wreaths on the other hand are a very common drop off her, not every time but usually. (At least on Bristlebane) The fang is for a lvl 49 ranger spell that you cant even get til your 50 and by time you actually get the fang you already have the upgrade of the spell you need the fang for hehe. I eventually said the heck with it and skipped it since i already had the 52 upgrade FireStrike.Mais and Butler can and usually spawn in the same room. Not seperate rooms.

Where in Mistmoor does the maid and Butler spawn?

They spawn inside the castle in the servants quarters behind the kitchen.
Once you get there it is easy to camp them, however getting there is not that easy, - remember
that there are both living and undead creatures there ;)
They have a room each, and there is one additional spawn in each of the two rooms, plus a spawn outside
Maid Isis quarters that tends to wander about a little, an one by the kitchen entrance.
To get to the servants from the main entrance, first clear the entry hall, and pull from the ball room to clear that.
Easily done by a group of mid-high 30ies/low 40ies.
If you have a good puller, you can pull from the Ambassador room next to it, but it has to be done carefully. The entire
room agro if you make a mistake, and you have to have a star quality mezzer with you to make it through that.
You can circumvent the Embassador room to the South, if you are not interested in the exp/loot. Just be carefull
when you pass the door to your left as you pass the Embassador. They agro through it and will bring you a world of pain.
2 gargoyles spawn at the bend right after passing the room, and they will join the fun.
Passing the Embassadors room after the bend you will pass the kitchen. There is a spawn in the hallway, that will be healed
by the cooks, but the cooks do generally not join a fight outside the doors, but can if you are unlucky.
Once you have passed the kitchen doors, the butler's room is straight ahead, and maid Isis' room is to the right.

If your a druid or ranger.. Or rooting class for a matter of fact just park the adds. Im gonna try with my 51 druid tonight, Maybe i could quad them

Your best bet would be to find a group hunting in MM and agree to buff the heck out of them if they let you follow. Then kill the maid if you get that far.
The other option would be to load some fast casting nukes and go in invised. Nuke and loot fast and hope you get gate spell off.

Sure you could quad them, but the 30 or so adds would kill you.
Also there are at least 4 mobs for the break and only 1 of them is guaranteed not to spawn as a caster, so rooting won't work either.
The only chance you have as a druid is to hopefully get a harmony off before you get aggrod, and refresh it every now and then to prevent adds until you have the first 4 down, 1 by 1.

She's kind of a cutie...I wonder if I could woo her into bein mah nasty lady... I like the leather boots up to her thighs...nice 8)

Anyway...I realize the danger of mistmoore, and was wondering if I had some invis pots (which I frequently carry at least 5 on my person) Could I get past all the garbage mobs and find my way to her room...maybe clear another room so that I can pull her to it to avoid a 5 mob fight? I'm a 49 paladin, and any advice is quite helpful...thanks much

invoke fear2 Is just a long duration stun. It landed on me once, and out of sheer astonishment I didn't hit my timer. There are 3 other spawns in her room, 3 in the hall. The opposing spawn (accross from her of PH) in her room is a Wizard class (most of the time, it rotates), so if your resists aren't up to par you'll be knocked down 1000-2000 hitpoints in the duration required to kill the Maid (thanks to mobs With Unlimited mana and coding to chain cast). The butler room is held with 2 spawns, one is PH the opposing is normally a necro class. During the night a spawn of another necro class is outside his door.
A group 30ish should have no issues holding this area, but breaking your way in is just not happening. Invis into this area during the day, and break one room at a time, I suggest you start with the butler's room, less chance of adds.
Unless your resists are somewhat good (over 80MR, 80FR) I wouldn't suggest chewing into this area solo before lvl 50, Mistmoore is no joke. However, a healer and melee (if done properly) could have resists of 0 and still slaughter the area 45+.
