Level 86 air pet with the EM7 focus tanked it just fine. It managed 1391dps against my pet but that's with no slows, raid buffs and of course my pet was stunning it constantly. Mob's max hit on my pet was 5576 but most hits were 994 (31 hits), 924 (11 hits) and 867 (9 hits).
