we was fighting one and it ran down the tunnel or ported but it brought back adds from the tunnel
look in the dead end passage above Reta Cole straight across from Fallen Soul for one of these, it is alone and easy to kill level is about 86 on the mob. Respawn rate is about 8ish mins.

respawn on the one in the tunnel by Reta is closer to 15 minutes, don't know about the rest.
