A rare spawn. I killed loads of Strange Leprechauns, had quite a few psychotic leprechauns pop all over the area but I eventually found the Thief in the furthest alcove.
Straightforward fight, no special abilities but maybe he's a rogue so don't turn your back!.
This part of the zone is awkward because everything sees invis and has a large agro range so you're constantly clearing the yard trash.

PHs are some of the "a strange leprechaun" mobs in treasure halls (he specifically spawns in the eastern half of these halls -- the other PHs are for "a psychotic leprechaun")
He hits for a max ~14,000; and has ~1,000,000 hitpoints.

I had him spawn at loc neg 425 x 325. The PH was the static strange leprechaun not the roamer. From the quest dude in the treasure trove area, its 3 rights to get to um.
