PHs are the "a filthy rabid rat" mobs in the ruined village area (the portal to which can be found in the dead-end hall just north of the treasure halls). It hits for a max ~14,000; and has ~1,000,000 hitpoints.

Upon entering into the Farm, to your left is a filthy rabid rat roaming around. This is 1 of 5 total PH'ers all with the same name. There are 2 others to your right upon zone in, another 1 is in a building towards the back, and the last 1 is near this building but outside roaming. With careful pulling you can snag all of the PH'ers and get them to your camp. This area is camped alot. We have also had drop: Scrap Metal Mask, Killer's Mask, and Lucid Remnant of Survival. There are other rats in the zone, but only the ones listed above are the PH'ers. Hope this helps.

actual mob name is an_infected_rat . red con @ 90, spawns on the farm, PHs are a filty rabid rat.
