Finally killed the damn thing, dropped a Rusty Letter Opener, 57/19 Rog only piercer.

has a nasty AE lifetap around 40k (takes mercs to 25% health), plus "time of death", single target horrid dot that takes off about 11k health per tick with ~30% spell shielding, needs corruption cure or it won't fade
