The PHs for this guy are the bloody Tae Ew ritualists at South-eastern pyramid. This mob does NOT fear in static or instance zone, he is just mean.

the same named mob is in instance - in instance its fear is very nasty and seems to stun and take hp - if u have a fearless dies USE it.
The mob in the instance has NO loot only the mob in the normal open to all zone.

We have seen him once in four hours. He popped after killing the PH the very first time and not seen him since! Any one else have comment on his spawn rate please? So far I have not been thrilled with spawn rates in HoT, thought they learned their lesson with UF!
Spawned at the top of the south-eastern most temple. Highest hit on my ranger was about 5,600. No spells that I noticed, no surprises, straightforward fight.
