Camped this guy today, spawned after 1 clear of PHs, dropped the aug, what I was lookin for. Solo'd with a j4 merc as a lvl 92 bard, t4 HoT geared, using slows and a shield for tankage

looks to me like there are 2 phs. the pair of ravenous rotdogs not to far from house of thule zone.
