In Al'Kabor's Nightmare: PHs are three of the six "a Klaknak guard" mobs on the Rivervale island (the other three are the Princess's PH). The Queen hits for a max ~12,000; spawns time-based adds two at a time, called "a Klaknak Drone" (mezzable; each hit for a max ~2,800). She is tricky, but not to hard. We killed her with SK/WIZ/ENCH/DRU/ROG/CLR MERC. 4 of the characters were boxed. There are two strats we have used the times we have killed her
1 - Keep everyone but the tank out of her AE range, but come in with the enchanter and mez the time based adds as they pop.
2 - Fight her right at the group. The key here is to keep a spell guard up for the whole group. This is easily accomplished with the enchanter's group spell guard. Doing this we typically just let the adds beat on the tank.
We have found that the 2nd option is a little easier - the adds don't hit for much so it isn't that big of a deal. Also, once the tank has agro, we burn her down with the wizard's disciplines.

Con's Red to an 89 - so higher than 90. Also spawns 2-4 "a Klaknak Drone" during fight - not sure if % of time based. Add's were also red at 89.

Time based i think. spawned 2 adds. had them locked down with a bard, then spawned 2 more. just burn down as fast as you can to prevent them. after queen was dead, the adds died easy
