Vindel the Ripper  

Just got feared and dead at 89. So 89 for sure.

Hit really fast:P Barely managed him with my merc. Dropped Ring of Erudin, Minor fragment, and Recondite leg piece. Fear immunity makes the fight...well he was still tough.

Head back to the balcony area just before the Library courtyard/open area. Use IVU through the tunnels to avoid the skeletons and only one see invis bone golem to be avoided or killed during the trek through.
On the area just past the 2nd tunnel and right in front of the 2nd bone golem is a good spot to set up. Kil the golem to get it out of the way. Vindel the Ripper's pher is the first erudite mob at the bottom of the stairs. Just walk down the stairs and look left. If he's up, you'll know it immediately.
When pulling any mobs up to the balcony, be careful of pathing; make sure the mobs follow you up the stairs - they can easily run past the stairs and pull large, undesirable trains.
Other phers/named around the courtyard/open area include Maggotscalp, Femurstack and a couple of others that I've seen.
Great camp spot - but too many rude and selfish encroachers that don't respect "camps". I can clear all of the phers in the area and still have time to med for the next cycle with ease just as SK and botting my shaman. So this is yet another reason I detest SOE for making a WoW-like content expansion that has brought out the absolute worst in people as far as their "me me me and mine mine mine" attudes.
Good luck and enjoy the camp. One mob has a nasty AE but I forget which. One RC and a group heal even saved the sk pet. Really - too too too easy.

Max hit was 8857 on my 89 Ranger with max shielding. Seemed like he quadded though, he hit very fast at the very least. Casts some sort of fear spell. I did not have my logs on. Dropped tier 2 Legs and Ring of Erudin.
