Dropped shoulders for me, and a dream fragment. I've killed him probably around 30 times, and have only seen the weapon aug once. He always spawns in the back room, on your left as you enter the 4 way, 3 mobs in each of the 2 rooms. Clear the golems outside and pull to there. The golem will occasionally spawn a named also so be aware.
