In the Feerrott (static zone): Known to spawn from PH "a frenzied Tae Ew" (roamer just around the edge of the wall around the corner from the spell vendors). He's also been known to spawn on the ramp. Note: For all named map points in Feerrott, the Dream, refer to this quest entry.
In the Feerrott (instanced zone): Spawns as part of the group mission "Fall of the Tae Ew".

The spell vendors were moved north towards Ogguk some time ago. That descriptor should be removed, but his spawn area is still accurate. Along the southwest wall leading out from the main pyramid ramp (zone to Temple of Cazic Thule).

He spawned on the Ramp for us twice.
His PH is a frenzied lizardman that spawns just around the edge of the wall around the corner from where the spell vendors are. From ZI go right across the river. Run with the wall on your right up to the corner. Around the corner to the right there is a flat depressed area. The frenzied spawns there. He is on a 20 minute timer. There are a couple of other mobs that spawn and roam there. I was able to tank him with my merc and had a druid (lvl 88) with his healer merc keep him alive. Level 90 necro pet also was sent in and necro dots were added to the mix. He dropped in about 70 seconds with no real danger to anyone.
Dropped Chipped Shards of Dread and Abstruce Remnant of Greed. Spawned roaming near the first pyramid by the spell merchants.
