Inte Akera is a Paladin of Legendary Virtue who has retired from his life on Norrath to the elemental plane of Sky.
In return for the completion of four tests of virtue, he will reward the fabled Fiery Avenger.

Too bad most of the NPCs in the Plane of Air hit for 1600-2000 dmg a pop. Try talking in says around Sirran the Lunatic. One guy in our group told him to shut up and he smacked him down for 1650 dmg killing him instantly. I would harbor a guess that Inte Akera would do the same if not more dmg ;-)
