Level 54 cleric, as of early June in patch change was made so that a new NPC now drops Ingot of the Constant for cleric quest BP. Dwigus is on the standard 6-8 hour spawn that all cleric armor NPCs are on

The named goblin with the cleric item is not Bilge. It's Dwigus.

I stumbled across this named goblin by chance yesterday morning. Killed him and he didn't have belt or totem. *Sniffle* Only the no drop item for Cleric armor. *sigh*

Bilge does still exist, he is just such a rare spawn, people begin to question whether he is still in the game or not. I have the belt although I had to buy it, I paid 12kpp on the Veeshan server but would have paid more. He is just such a rare spawn and the belt a rare drop. I would recommend trading for one if you have the items. And if you get a belt from him, hold on to it to trade for say... GEB's ??? Its a REAL nice item to bargain with !!! Happy hunting !!!

I am just wonderin... since I have never see this guy spawn at all... I have been travel a lot between Unrest and BB... but never see him... does he still exist... or he isnt exist anymore after patch???

Anyone who trades a reed belt or a PKT for Cash is the biggest mistake in your whole EQ life if you get either one trade it for items ive seen the belt go for runed cirlcet mithril two hander FBSS Ashenwood spear Cims and a foremans tunic.all of that together

bilge is on an 8 hour 20% chance spawn rate, he spawns, immediately sow's himself and starts running like mad, hell stop by and slaughter any innocent souls he comes upon level 6, level 60 he WILL aggro you. He is a shaman and likes to cast a lot of ice dd and poison spells, max them resists guys. Whom ever said hes seen him twice in 15 minutes is either wrong, misinformed, or sorry to accuse..lying. Bilge Loves to cast greater heal on himself when at 25% health and thats the main problem with killing him, have stun whips ready when he nears 40% health or you WILL DIE as a meele below lv 45+. He casts the greater heals a maximum of 6 times and then goes meele style/dd ( read soloing one of them cleric mobs in MM...pain in the butt) he drops Belt as common PKT rare, you will never find him without either as it is impossible to pickpocker etc. He also despawns after 25 minutes of no action (after he attacks and kills someone the timer resets) good idea to have newbies track for you and offer payment on a succesfull bilge kill. if you have bad luck hell run into the "magnificent four" and get the **** beaten out of himself. Also even though newbies might help out id disadvise doing him unless bard/ranger/druid. The trackers WILL get to him first and there goes bilge. Hope this helps good luck..

Umm sorry but you are WRONG
I have got bilde to pop 2 times in a row , under 15 minutes apart. So Id say yes he has a placeholder once killed Bildge has a very small % chance to pop otherwise the PH will just pop again. Just wish I knew which thing I killed was his PH. :)

I would not sell something rare like the PKT for 20,000 platnum or ANY amount of platnum. Money has a limited value. As a young and foolish Druid, I sold a Paw of Opolla for 6000pp, and that was just a huge mistake. Selling a PKT or even trading it is a mistake unless you are not a druid or shaman who can use the WIS+18.

While running from Unrest to GF Zone of Dagnors he popped right in front of me. Being a lvl 19 palladin he smoked me pretty fast. He spawned between the Goblin Camp and the Fab 4 Camp where a tidal lord usually spawns.

We encountered him directly outside the Unrest Tunnel. He hits for 70's, cons red to a level 23. Myself a level 23 Warrior, a level 23 Druid and 23 Cleric killed him with damage shields and healing, very tough fight. He dropped the Reed Belt that we later sold for 2500pp.
