This mob was light blue to my 60 druid.
One loc is around neg 287.81, 1001.68 and 15.25. There were two on track as I entered from Scarlet Desert. They have about a 4 min repop.

One located near the Earth Elemental Guy, would assume he's a 1.5 mob. He's to the right as you zone out of Scarlet.
(If you consider "NORTH" being the direction of the temple when coming out of Scarlet) then another is "West" of the one near the Elemental guy.
