hello. i was just surfing the net when my friend told me about this site, so i came to it to check it out, so basicly, i was just in the neiberhood when i decided to come and pay a visit. i have read all the posts here, but i dont know who is BRAD. who is he? i saw in one post that he is the designer of Everqeust, another post says that he is just some guy, i would like to kmnow who this guy is, maybe actually talk to this guy. or see him post up sumtin here that gives me info and such

Sorry, forgot the same, how would they take this picture? Doesnt he kill anything he sees or somethin? Im not sure about that, i dont know what hes all about, never encountered, but from all the posts i read, doesn't seem like he'll just stand there while someone just stares at him, much less let someone take a picture oh him, hehe.

First off, ive heard that GM's can control this NPC, has anyone fought him when this has been the case? And secondly, do Dark Elves have good faction with him and in the rest of the zone?

His faction is Mayong Mistmoore, and my bro was non-KoS because he killed tons of Ring of Scale (Kunark Dragon Faction)

Never fought these guys.....i enjoy life too much). But the stories bout killing every player in the field arent impossible. have a look at the general in kithikor......if individuals have to group, why not groups get together to survive?

Well I don't know about everyone else, but when his description says that he kills dragons in his spare time, I don't think I would ever hang out with him.

Mayong Mistmoore has been killed, hell he's probably been killed hundreds of times. Just not by any player, he's been killed by Verant while they test the game and such. That's a fact.
And as far as posting a pic of Mayon Mistmoore's corpse, that's pretty easy just have a DE With the Blighted robe FD and then go into paintshop and modify it so the words above the body say "Mayong Mistmoore's Corpse". Even if someone somehow actually killed Mayong and posted a pic no one would believe it they would say it's doctored because that's how most of you seem to act.

I find it hard to believe that someone still want to go after Mayong. He DID spawn in the beginning of Everquest, but now he has been removed. He is on rare occasions being spawned for a GM event (and he is NOT to be killed in those events).
Why did they remove him ?
Well, people have killed all mobs that exist in EQ right now (except Karafyrm (the Sleeper)) and I guess Verant wanted to say : Hehe, we still have a mob that you haven't killed ;)
People tried to kill him in the early days, but all attempts failed badly. Mayong Mistmoore is extremely tough and was most likely the toughest mob at that time. After Kunark and Velious we have some mobs that are bigger. On Kunark it was Phara Dar that was the toughest, on Velious it is Karafyrm.
But one thing is certain. Mayong Mistmoore does not have a regular spawn anymore and will never have one again.

he has to be GM controlled or he would pop after a server downage. me and my guild got together in chat room and started chatting when we said, hey lets kill Mayong Mistmoore since he will pop when the servers restart. BTW we were getting the fang off gypsy for a lower warrior in the quest already. when we went there we raided the WHOLE castle and TR and we never found him, we even had DMF on so if he invis, we see him. a little later when servers were scheduled to go down we decided to try again, and once again no Mayong, so the Moral of this story?

I have a friend who was present when Mayong spawened once. He is GM controlled because he took control of the whole zone, telling everyone to stop shout and ooc chatter. And let me also tell you that he is extremely hard to beat. Not sure if he's as hard as Sleeper or AOW, but I can say that he Grav Fluxed about 20 players for 1500 a piece sending them flying across the zone. ANY mob in the hand of a GM is hard to beat, and if VI dosen't want you to slay him, then believe it you can't win. It's like trying to kill a GM when they have regin buffs that restore 500+ HP a tick. IT CAN'T BE DONE

PLEASE READ THIS!i have heard alot about who is the strongest NPC in the game and i just heard this article...i may sound like a nOOb but Tunare is one of the gods you get to choose from i am correct yes?and Tunare can actually be found in the game and you can fight him?!?! well IMHO if he really is in game i say he would be the strongest thing out there.

well one day i was happly walking around in mm..
so i decided to take a strole into the castle.. when up came mayong (btw he's not a de hes a chinese man) and he greeted me we sit for a nice cup of tea.. he's a real nice guy even gave me the necro book whatever it is

Um if you really aren't a GM then you can get in BIG trouble for impersonating one its in the rules statement that you click I Agree everytime you play EQ

Beta 2 they had mistmoore in game he was in the tower, and gms used to go fight him and get spanked. 3rd beta they removed him and re did mistmoore as it used to be all undead and werewolves at night. Back then it was a fun zone til they made it all DE's. Greater ice bones werewolfs etc used to spawn in there all the time. But I havent seen him since beta 2 cept for that event in MM some time ago.

I killed Rallos Zek in EC it was great. He droped the Sword o' Power 200/1 +90 to all saves and stats. But I deleated it cause it was ugly. And I forgot about the screenshots I deleated them cause I wanted to take pics of bears and bixies. Otherwise I would have posted them. So theres my story and I'm stickin' to it..........sorta.......O yeah and I killed tunare (solo of course) just to **** off my lvl 3 druid friend......

First off, Mayong Mistmoore is quite possibly the hardest enemy in the game even though only in the 50's, but who the hell is this brad person everyone is speaking of?

Only usable by Kewl Doodz.
