For the 12 year anniversary stuff, he offers something else. After this part of the dialogue: "You say, 'What do you mean he 'replaced you'?' " You get: Freeport Sewers: Karl's Lair is now available to you. This shows up in the Expedition window. Continuing with the dialogue produces the normal shared task.
