lol, ones you learn how to make rare spawns pop and learn what the PH's are you'll change your mind about befallen. this place drops awsome stuff for its lvl, unless you wanna go to guk and camp scryer for 2 hours and get a bracer of woven grass i suggest you learn more about the zone before you go off saying it sucks.

This guy spawns near the chair on the other side of the secret wall on the third floor (just accross the hall way from the door leading deeper into the third level).
Too bad you weren't logged in as a user, you'd be a sage lol.
