I solod them with my 17th Ranger, they were blue and gave good xp ...

they range from 12 (outside castle and some inside) to 14 with a VERY occasional 11 they hit hard though, druids can solo them at about 10 with a full mana dump and small meleeing

The level is higher than that (For CB, at least). They consistently con red to my level 10 bard.

At lvl 19 they were green w/ exp so with the three shades of blue that would put them at roughly the 13-15 range.

I think the level varies quite a bit. Most con red to my lvl 9 PAL, but one conned blue today?!?
