Any Information on Spells casted or special tricks this mob does ?? thanks

Rasper's has a spawn point marked on map but doesn't appear to be static mob and I've cleared all around it for hours with no spawns....

It paths but does pop per the newly updated rasper map - rare mob - will spend considerable time there hoping for a pop.

Ceannaire is a telmira mob, we found it down near the red ring. It seemed to wander a bit so I'm not sure if that is where it spawned. It cast some sort of silence on one of the healers - looked to be a single target but I'm not certain. Other than that it was pretty easy. Only thing it dropped was the mask, which our SK was thrilled about!
