Crush is a good way for a lvlv 11-14 group to make $$$. Our group of 4 took him 4 times without any difficulty even when he was joined by a few legos and emissaries. Sold the
tunic for 17p if you find the right merchant.

In Crushbone (Level 90 Revamp): Emperor Crush is found in the watch tower of the castle. He doesn't summon and is rootable/snareable.
In Crushbone (Demise of the Emperor): Part of the "Demise of the Emperor mini-raid.
In Al'Kabor's Nightmare: Hits for a max ~12,000; slowable; placeholders are "a Crushbone strategist" mobs on Faydark island. Note: For all map points of nameds in Al'Kabor's Nightmare (for "alkabormare.txt" map files), see this quest entry.

me a 17 paladin, 17 druid, 18 monk, 16 Shadowknight killed this guy and he didn't drop his tunic. we didn't do anything fancy either just killed him

Looted ruin of Fulguration from Crush. Anyone know what's it does? Previous msg said that runes of periphery is used by Enchanters for research. Is that true of all runes? Can anyone else use?

It's used by casters, (I don't know about enchanters, but wizards for sure need them) for research. When I was researching the spell that this rune is needed for, I bought several from other players at 1pp, although i later heard you can get more than that from vendors =). Basically what I'm trying to say is that if you're not a wizard, just sell it

if you pick up runes, drop em on the colsest wizzy, true you can sell em to the store, but then us wizzys that need em gotta pay anywhere from 3-15pp for them, that adds up to be alot, when ya think about it ... every spell needin at least 2 runes, and having the unfortunate luck that i do, usually fail like 5 times before i successfully research.
BTW heres a list of research components and what classes use them

I was wondering what would be a good level to take crush by my self or in a group. I am a paladin and just a little twinked.

My 6 person group of lvl 14 to 17 1 druid, 1 paladin, 1 warrior, 1 mag, 1 wiz, and 1 cleric had a pretty easy time with him. We where planning
to pull him and saw he had spawned we quickly pulled and started nuking him/ bashin him/ doting him etc... Actually our cleric was only lvl 12 yet we held him off pretty easy. We did have a death the paladin yet if he had lay hands up that wouldnt have happened. got about half of a blue bub of xp and no dragoon dirk. He droped the heart though and we where happy for just killing him. I was the druid and I started out as oom against him plus the cleric was low and we still killed him. Just one thing if your thinking of killing him dont run his backstabs are nasty better off just fighting( unless your a druid or shaman like me and have sow=:)

I can also confirm that Crush is not bad if you go in with a plan. We had a group of 11-14 (2 Wiz, 2 Clr, 1 Pali, 1 War, 1 Mag) that held the throne room for 45 min without a single death to the group. Killed Crush twice in the throne room, and once after we left the throne room. Got the Tunic one time and a Dwarven axe one time. The trick is to break the spawn while outside the castle and go in when it is empty. Otherwise, death to all once inside. BTW - get crush outside and alone and he is pretty ez kill.

Ive read all of these post.I see nothing of the horde of legos,emmies,and oracles that sorround crush and his normal escort of a royal gaurd or the prophet. I can maybe understand how you ppl kill crush alone, but not the horde. Im a lvl 20 druid and the biggest problem i have is not dvinn, who is rarely there at all, but the usual mass of about 3-5 big orcs that help crush by coming out of nowhere. Nevertheless ive managed to kill crush at least 8 time now and the cheap ******* has still not drop the tunic. The the big badass dvinn just couldnt bare the pain of my kiting him all the way back to the zone.

I think the best quest is to go to crushbone and give emperor crush 4 separate bone chips if your faction is good. He will give you some random items that are pretty decent. All you do is hail him and then give him the chips..... pretty easy.

i have heard many people both in-game and on this message board whine that crush and especially dvinn are constantly killing them in crushbone.
well here's the facts, my lvl 20 wiz owns crush (no ****) and dvinn is the same, you don't even need a group or anything special just nuke and force shock that dumb ****** elf, he has no sta or hp dies about 3 shots give or take a mini-nuke spell. i didn't even expect to get exp from his blue azz but i got 2 bubbles in one night and 2 dirks (made 150pp selling em both for 75)
btw a couple posts down from this one some guy called Arathia or something is defending dumb *** lying newbies, he should be shot

I'm a Lvl 8 Enchanter i was Camped on the hill in at Group of 3 a Lvl 8 Druid Lvl 7 Rogue and a lvl 10 Warrior and we Were waiting For trainer and then all of sudden Dvinn and crush came and Squashed our group in about 10seconds..... Can this be fair!!!!
But after i collected by body They were both getting Kicked by Lvl 53 druid. Ha Ha Who then Gave The Dirk. And its for sale i'm on cazic-Thule Names Halfe If u wanna make a purchase

I soloed Crush at lvl 16... Its actually quite simple if you get him alone, outside the castle. Just root him, and dot and nuke til he falls... It might be harder for melee classes though, due to the fact that he smacks you for up to 30 a hit.

I ahve always been afraid of Emporer crush. I guess i was fearing the wrong guy. I know ambassador dvinn is deadly but everyone has to agree that the gnome magician is a pain in the *** as well
