Mithril BreastplateThe Kobold Priest spawns in the middle room
of the royals area. Two other kobolds besides the Priest and his PH also spawn there. The PH/Priest spawn point is in the middle of the two auxiliary kobolds.
The Priest hits for 97, and frequently casts Wrath, as well as Superior Healing. I have yet to see him complete heal himself or any other kobold. And like some other posts indicate, he will heal kobolds in neighboring royals rooms.
After 5 kills, he dropped the Carnal Pauldrons four times, and the Mithril Breastplate only once. He also dropped a Fine Steel Great Staff twice.

I am only a lvl 15 DE Warrior. I have a set of Blackened Alloy Mail now but want to have this BP.
Should I just wait till higher lvl's or should I try to save up and buy this?

This dropped last night for my group, sells around 600pp on Ayonae Ro, Our Economy Sucks. hehe
These are 17ac 15agi and 25hp If I am not mistaken. I am lvl 44 warrior and with this BP I get 30ac total from it. It is way better then rygor or ivy etched. The 17AGI makes you get higher AC, so enjoy this bp.

hey, do u think my 52 wizzie (is i play it right) could solo this guy? My friend is new and i promised him a nicee BP hehe =) any help would be nice

I have a LVL 37 Ranger and im going for 200 AGI this is a very nice BP! If I can avoid being hit onec by a mob that hits for 100+ it will be worth it!

Mithril is so cool if your considering getting a Mithril bp ill the one to tell you...GET IT...they rock the coolest thing is that rangers can wear them , but they cant wear Bronze any ways if anyone that reads this has a high lvl character that are in need of about 100pp or so real bad or just want 100pp if you go to Nagafens Lair for me and loot a Mithril bp off of a Kobold Priest you just made some $$$ hehe

Actually this BP is nice, unless of course you have Ry'gorr or Ivy etched both are actually better Bps. If you already have one of these i suggets making a trip to EC once you win the roll, hehe.
you make it sound REALLY easy to get a Mithril BP. i wanna say, I have been in Sol B for four levels now (40-44) and I have killed the priest multiple times. I have YET to see a Mithril BP. either my groups are just unlucky or these are incredibly rare!
I agree on that one. My rogue (still in sol b) has fought numerous Priests and I've only seen it drop once (lvl 39), which I won the roll on. I can't decide what chest to use, my Ry'Gorr or the Mithril. Since I'm not taking too many hits with tanks around, the Ry'Gorr is a better choice because of the +10 STR whereas the +15 AGI is definately welcome on the Mithril. Hard decision ..

A Pauldron is historically deefined as a shoulder peice, usually worn as armor to protect the collarbone and arm joints.

What would it take to camp this guy and sustain the area? Around what lvls needed in the group? in a 1/2 full group? Solo? BTW, rangers can't wear mithril that I've seen that one guy. =)

Pauldrons are a type of platemail, but if you are saying that is why rangers shouldn't wear it, well you are crazy. Rangers can wear rubicite ( friggin verant makes me wanna smack em since I can't camp that sweet stuff anymore ), silver plated, mithril, thornyvine, etc. Don't think we can't wear plate just cuz we can't wear steel or bronze.
Acutally according to DnD rules (which this game is heavily based on), rangers couldn't use this item (well not and still be effective since they lose alot of there abilities if they are using anything heavier than leather).
