i dont know which one of those items is wrong but when we killed him he dropped

Anyone happen to know the location of his ph, or even a general area? And for that matter does he spawn in UQ for sure?

I don't know his loc, but he spawned close to where Keolyx is.
Seen him in the middle of Keolyx room and to the far left corner.
