This guy stands rather close to the spawn point of the Cargo Clockwork and often gives it a minimal DS. He's a wizard, of lower level than the clockwork, and though his faction con is different than the clockwork, he and it will assist each other, though the other gnome inside the building he stands in front of will not assist (being a merchant.) Both are too far from the guards to be a danger in that respect. If you are after the cargo clock work, you'd best be an enchanter as you can simply enthrall the Zondo. This pisses off the clockwork, but leaves him clueless (usually) and keeps him happy long enough for clockwork to work its way out of his frenzy range. What really bites though is that should the clockwork TP back to his spawn point during its final panick period, it will aggro EVERYTHING.. zondo, prynn and preen, and even the guard at the crossroads out in front... quad 175s taught me that real quick.
