I just saw him in Sk on Veeshan around 1:30 pm eastern time, Inthe game it was just starting to get dark. I finally caught up with him at the ramp of the Aviak Village. No one confessed to killing anything named recently, so I guess he doesn't have a PH and he just pops whenever. Too Bad I haven't got the components I needed for the needle :(

Well I've been camping for him since Wed Oct 25th. I started out 4 hours per day. Did 10 hours on Friday and Saturday. Now I just camp a low level in zone to make use of waitng, or send a tell to a friendly Ranger or Druid in zone to see if he's up. I got the same answer as most do from the GM's...nothing wrong with the spawn. Well I'll tell you what...11 days of waiting around for an NPC after waiting for Raster and Targin...someone needs to fly out to San Diego and slap some Verant people around!

i don't know if any one els has noticed this but he isn't always the same lvl. I've had 6 char. in this zone lvling and had him con blue to red to all of them. my char then ranged from 21 to 40 and just about a week ago when i last seen him on the Lanys sever i was playing my 32 druid and he conned yellow to me . dont know if its a bug or if his lvl varies

He is not broken on Veeshan, I was in SK for 4 days camping the heads and skull needed for the red one and he poped once, once in 4 days is damn rare considering that Quillmane poped 6 times while I was on. I dont know if this will help but NONE of the shaman were up the whole when he spawned. But they did spawn while he was up, maybe he is a trigered spawn and dosent have a PH... He spawnd about 5 mins after I killed Grisok and then Ren'rex. I never found Phido, I got his head from a mage for killing Quillmane for him. Just FYI I believe they forgot to put Phido back in when they took them all out... The GM will not confirm or deny any of this thou, I have asked 2 of them on Veeshan, the head GM and another staff member(not a guide).

Just waiting in SK more than 50 to meet Qwinn on Lanys. After waiting with my monk 40 hours i changed to another car to check the Area and get some Exps. Still not showing up. Also get some calls "sorry, i have killed him", but think they mostly killed Brother Drash. Hope i will meet him somehow and that another friendly player hail him until i have relogged to my monk.

The reason everyone is saying they have seen him up for 7 days, is that once he spawns, he doesn't despawn (unless killed). The problem is actually GETTING HIM TO SPAWN. :(

Just recently we petitioned a gm on Brell and he said there is a placeholder for Qwinn, but he would not tell us who. Right now we're working on figuring out who it is and if we do we'll be sure to post it.

everytime i have seen qwinn, it was by the spires at paw, he is only around about 2 minutes before he de-spawns though.

Just an update to my post before... Bro Qwinn has been up non-stop for a few days now on Saryrn. Funny thing is, I think all the monks gave up on finding him. Before he was always here every monk in the world was asking about him. Now that he's here... no one! Anyways, just saying that he's up on Saryrn. GL all.

I see him all the time while I'm out near KFC (aviaks). Saw a group of high level people take him down. I don't know mebbe he's gota looped path near the Aviaks but I see him walking there all the time.

I am following him around on Povar RIGHT NOW on my second computer. RIGHT NOW, I swear. Brother Qwinn, not a Gnold and if I right click him he says blah blah not a member of the Monk Guild blah blah.

The problem is that there is always a moron who just HAS to write in that he was able to beat a high lvl character with his lvl 2 whatever. Why do they waste their time doing this? Because they are morons, that's why.

BS ! :) He quads for 300+, I say 1 uber groups of well equiped high 50s or 2 50+ groups!

Know way in hell anyone w/out a full group (being knowone below level 40) could take this guy out...ESPECIALLY a lonely 23 druid...im a 41 hum druid on Xegony and i wouldn't dare take on this guy for any reason. So stop smoking crap bud!

Talked to a gm today said that Qwinn is broken and spawns once a month, on FRo anyway :(

Been spending ALOT of time in SK latly, atleast 12 hours a day. Not doing a quest =P, just leveling on chickens and hermits. Tonight I ran around SK for atleast an hour, some idiot druid stole my camp... hate him... so much... so very... very much..., and I didn't see Qwinn. He's a screwed up spawn, and my guess is he's completly random. But, as long as I'm in SK, which should be untill 30 and then some, this druid would be happy to try and track him for anyone on Saryn. Good luck monks! =)

I tracked Brother Qwinn in SK just now (a couple of hours after someone else killed Ghanex Drah in necro form and I killed Ghanex Drah in undead form). I found him walking at about -3740, 1370. After talking with him, he went straight north, past the skeletal ruins, into the water. He did some swimming, hit the zone edge, paused, then and disappeared. I re-tracked him and started following him - he was far south of me. I checked tracking again, and he was out of tracking range even though I was tracking him. I found him far south, east of the aviaks, at -6800, -390. After I reached him, he stood there for another minute, then started going west towards the aviaks. At -6800, 850, he walked around the north side of the aviaks, and started going north along -6000, 1200. He stopped at around -3300, 1250. He started walking south again, and someone foolishly attacked him. He chased the attacker, and I could barely keep up in Wolf Form. When the attacker escaped, Qwinn went back to where he left off. He walked around the gnolls and proceed southwest until he stopped at -6300, 2900. He stood there for about a minute, then walked east, back towards aviaks. When he hit aviaks, he went north again. I stopped following him after that.

Interesting. I tracked Qwinn last night on the Druzzil Ro server, and for an hour he made one path: starting around neg3998 pos1389 (just west of Splitpaw) and heading in a beeline SOUTH, just west of the Aviak city to the Lake Rathe zone line; pausing, then popping back far to the north. (He may have popped back farther north than the numbers above, but by the time my SoW-endowed feet ran back north to track him, he had reached that point). So it's interesting that on two different servers on two consecutive nights, Qwinn had two very different pathings.

Brother Qwinn is broken as of the time stamp on this post . I petitioned two days ago and a GM told me " We are aware of the problem with Brother Qwinn and hopefully he will be fixed soon" I hope this is true because I have been waiting a grip of time to finish the damn Rotlc quest.

Help!!Im lvl 35 and im trying to start the Robe quest, i cant find those stupid gnolls that drop the skulls. If anyone has any of these, please send me a tell on Zebuxorux Server. I need Gahney Drah's Head, Brother Deneb's Skull, and Brother Shen's Skull, they drop off of Gahney Drah, High Shaman Phido, and High Shaman Grisok, if you have any send me a tell and ill buy them from you for 15pp each.

The gnolls that drop the skulls were taken out of the game in the last patch. I have heard that they plan on putting them back in during the next patch. You can try buying these skulls from anyone who looted them before the patch but on my server (saryn) people are trying to sell them for around 1k. As of right now guess u could say the monk epic quest is broken =(

The epic isn't broken you can just kill Brother Zephyl in Rathe Mountains for the Robe of the Lost Circle and skip all the questing for the robe.

Once he has spawned How long does it take before he DESPAWNS?? I was told that the shaman gnolls willnot spawn if he is up. Is this correct?? Help please.

With qwinn conning indifferent to iksars, i was planning on doing the quest until i saw that it required the human sash/headbands, this would be hard to get requiring either heavy ammounts of cash or killing more gnolls/orcs than lawfully allowed. I was told by a friend that i should just kill him. If killed does brother qwinn have any factions?

no faction hits taken but good luck killing him. You need a Dragon raid size group to take him.

After spending a week looking for this guy I finally petitioned. A GM told me that he had been getting a lot of petitions regarding this and told me that he spawns in multiple zones. I had no idea what other zones he was talking about.. Maybe someone else does? I'll be happy to leave the wide open plains.

I'm the original poster of the "Qwinn moved?" thread below, since then I still haven't found him, but a brother monk of mine did get him in SK a few days ago, so Qwinn's still around... I got to know this guy and a few other monks on my server pretty well while we were waiting together *forever* for him to show up. I wasn't online at the time (he tried to /tell me to let me know Qwinn was up), but he does have his robe so it's true.
I talked to some real GMs (i.e. not guides) who happened to be in zone once when I logged in, they swore up and down that nothing had changed with Qwinn (even though the gnoll shamen are gone), so probably I've just been unlucky lately. I will keep up the search.
I've heard nothing about Qwinn spawning in any other zones, and I'm in a big enough guild that I would have heard about it, since they're all sick of me ******** in guild chat about Qwinn for the past two weeks. =] Also someone would have probably posting a sighting here if he was seen anywhere else. Maybe the GM was getting Qwinn and Zephyl confused?

Nope, he is gone at the moment. I haven't seen him for a few days. I have been in Sk for a while now and he hasn't popped yet.
I had him on track this morning on Vazaele.

Sure is was Qwinn not Drash? I know that sounds dumb but I keep having trackers tell me the Brother is up, but turns out to be Drash the gnoll :/
