In the background of the game Rallos Zek was so impressed with the warlike nature of this guy, he ascended him to become one of the demigods- Vallon Zek
I know as a Dark Elf ShadowKnight I'm KoS in Freeport, but would I be able to approach him for the orc pick quest? Or would I need to do the goblin ears quest first to raise it enough to visit him? I'd like to be able to walk in and out of Freeport all I want without fear of KoS so i'm looking for quests that can help that. Preferably without lowering Neriak faction.
1. Killing Colin and Valon will LOWER your faction with WFP and EFP but RAISE your faction with NFP.
2. If you pull one guard, the other gaurd WILL add.
With that said, if you dont mind the faction hits, or the chump change, then this is PERFECT from 29-34 when you can't find a group in OT or DSP, or wherever you might go. Spending one full day here at Lvl 30, got me past it. And thats when Lvl 30 used to be a hell level. I believe it no longer is.

I have an iksar monk and i killed him and his buddy at the toll booth about 6 times total. is my freeport militia faction permenetly damaged or can i fix it and how much faction do u think militia went down.
I killed him a few times and then spent around 2 to 3 hours in High Keep, and turned in all the ears i found. What else can i do to get my faction back up so i am not KoS anymore. I am a Halfling so i thought my faction would be alright but i guess not. Any Info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
I killed this guy today, he dropped a NO RENT item that looked like a scroll w/ writing on it, called 'Mining Journal Volume 6' or something. Walked about the coldain, and a quest involving the returning of 'a great staff'. Then I went LD. Yay. =(
I'm assuming that theres a pot in Timorous that alllows you to port to FP. Where exactly does this port you in FP, because i don't want to use one of those ports and wind up in the middle of the militia house after killing these guys for 2 lvls.
Ogres and Trolls are (99% sure) KoS to the militia. You'd need to raise your faction somehow with the militia (such as with the Goblin Ear quest in Highkeep) to get to Dubious to do the orc pawn quest, which you'll need to do a *lot* to get to Indiferrent which you'll need for the Reserve Militia Tunic quest (killing dervs). Lots of faction work for an evil race, it probably isn't worth your time. Also, if you're an evil race or cleric/paladin who's opposed to the Militia faction and are already dubious with them, killing these two may well push you over the line to Threatening (KoS), but if you've done lots of df belt quests with the militia or the above HK Gob Ear quest and are better than that, you'd need to kill these guards a few times before you go KoS.
I am wondering about my faction. I am a Ogre Warrior and reallllly want to do the Reserve Militia tunic quest. Because I am evil, will he kill me? Am I KOS in freeport? someone told me that some evil people are allowed....I just need to know, so that i can determine if it is possible for me to do the quest at all.
Agreed, he's excellent exp even as high as 37th level, but killing him (and Colin) makes you KOS to corrupt guards in West Freeport. You'll have to enter Freeport through the tunnels if you come in from the Commonlands from now on.
