After several hours running around looking for him, killing what people suggested were PHs, I found him standing static, uninvis, not SoS'ed, at exactly n1230, p1600, in front of the large statue there. It's the south side of the market outskirts, just northwest of the entrance to the dead-end cave.

Combining the recommendations from a couple of posts in this thread....I found him by going to the post where Vessa spawns and starting to clear pigs in that area. He added on the first pull. I'm hesitant to believe druid "mask" sees through to see him. I'm only 84 on this character and I did not see him with Mask of the Shadowcat Rk. II. The effect on Mask of the Shadowcat and Mask of the Raptor says they're the same, but I suppose maybe....

Druid spell mask of the raptor allows druids to see him

my lvl 77 mage spell aspect of zomm can see him fine also wizards get the spell not sure on the lvl but the spell works fine for sos mobs

I concur - saw him with aspect of zomm today - all those useless deaths at 76... finally I can avoid him at 77.

This mob is SoS mob, cannot be seen with regular See invis, only way to find him is have a druid with Skylight Sagasity look for him or hope he attacks you

Thank you for posting on this Youngwill, I was ready to pull my hair out finding this mob. I will add a little info to this to help out. Yes he is SoS and cannot been seen until he is aggroed. He spawns on the NE side of the main center circle very close to where Vessa the Oracle is by the post. There is a camp of 3 slaves next to that post and he will pace back and forth East to West from that fire (Loc -449, 1771) to about -455, 1554 and back. His PH is any regular Rallosian that is also pacing back and forth in that area, I found that the static Rallosians are not PH's. I hope this helps anyone looking for this pita mob -- Reck

The PH for this mob paths a reallllllly long way around the area. We found it as a rallosian seer. Seems to path from right around Kuddor Gakk (n295, 1790) to (n1202, 1787) where it turns a corner and continues toward (n1226, 1521). Note: these locs are generally close, but not guarenteed.

This guys is a pain the rear thank goodness hes is easy to kill. only advice when hunting pigs is pluck your bow and cross your toes. it does seem though that the roaming sentinal is his ph so let him be and you should be free to kill pigs all day.
Faerune or any other see invis does not work on this spell. He will pop on you without warning.
