King is still 25th. My group hunted him last Sunday and he still conned 25. He has a bad tendency of not dropping anything. In 6 kills we got 4 empties, 1 bi crown and 1 grotesque mask.
The best battle tactic we found was to pull to the wide area of the ledge just above the water tunnel to Sludge. In this area your casters can use levitate and get good positioning for the battle and have some maneuverability. Start by pulling the Captain room, then the King room to keep the numbers down.

king is lvl 28 at least and its hard not to pull captin room with him 4 more elites making the total number 9 elites and 1 gobo king

Wow, he is not hard to find. Just be high level enough and wander around until you go into a room where the con greens agro on ya! King has four or five Elites to back him up. Fighting him this way does not pull the other wussies into the fray, and they do not run actually! So kill four/five Elites and the King, and open a BI shop!

The Goblin King has been known to have the Blackened Iron Girdle, The Grotesque Mask, Blackened Iron Crown, and other various BI armor.
