Any clue what the Ice of Velious that they drop is for, or going to be used for? It looks like a pearl shard and is stackable. Found one today and no idea what to do with it.

It is a mage research item. It is used to research the 24th water pet

Ice of Vellious is used for Magician spell research. I'm not sure if there are any other uses.

From what I've seen alot of the higher Gobs can see through some invis. Watched as Elite and Dazed looked right through invises. Its was hell when Borxx slayed the party and they had to run past the king and his guard to get there corpses!!

These guys (or the shamans, at least) seem to be able to see invisible; a major pain in the neck. I was exploring down there with Shauri's Sonorous Clouding (no, it didn't fail) and got hammered by them.
