I can only speak as a ranger, but this item is hardly wasted on them. With the same shield block AA's as an SK or Paly, a ranger can make use of a shield when tanking. I can tell you it makes a huge difference with max shield block when I am tanking... Half a warrior. . . Half a druid (The first master of none jack of all). . .
Rangers can tank? I thought weaponshield only lasted 24 seconds =)

all 3 generals within this mission are 88, had a 84 mage con all of them when we did 3 missions, each conning red, then yellow to 85 wizard
