He spawned right where the Brewall map says he spawns.
Boy, what an underwhelming NPC. He has the armor of a naked level 1 high elf and no weapons. According to Magelo, he's a warrior. Rather under-equipped one, that's for sure.
I get the impression the dev assigned to design UK overslept on the day the assignment was due and forgot to add any gear to this mob so he turned it in "as is", i.e. naked as a jaybird.
I can't recall ever seeing a named mob this naked ever, at least not above level 40 or so. I give this dev a D- for his assignment.... Only rates above an "F" because I like the name UK.
Yeah, I know many mobs are naked in the sense that they don't "wear" droppable armor... but you know what I mean.

It took me 24 hours to get this little snot to spawn. He is in the room with Nedson there are 6 mobs there 2 static Crystalline Hulks and 1 roaming Crystalline Hulk and 3 static Clay golems. These mobs are on a 13 minute timer. I guess he spawned from the roaming Crystalline Hulk but I'm not sure because the roaming Hulk did spawn right on time while I was killing Uk. I just killed all 6 of the mobs over and over again until I was right about to give up and I looked up and there was a tiny something fast walking across the room on the left side of Nedsin. It was Uk I quick ran over and killed him. He was far enough past the Clay Golem on that side that I didn't agro him.
He was hard but luckily he was lvl 87 and I am now lvl 93 so with my bard and my merc cleric I was able to kill him.

So I'm 2 boxing there with a j5 merc healer and my pet [level 87 air] and out pops this high elf. There is no one really in the zone these days except for stragglers and people trying to do the J5 merc quest. So he pops, I send an ooc to the zone, people reply 'random named' okay I ignore it. The next thing I know he's on me like white on rice. And the walks away at 10%. So unless you want stragglers all over you due to aggro, root him or burn him down quick. I was completely caught off guard. He's not hard, but he's definitely aggressive even when you're nowhere near him lol.

Surprisingly, he can be snared (presumably rooted also, though I didn't try). Roughly 450k HPs.
Heh, he agroed my chanter. Ward of befuddlement Rk 2 procced and I was all like WTF ...wow.. he's mezzable... and hit him with Befuddle Rk 2, desolate deeds and bark of tashan. One quick mem wipe, an edict of command on the clay golem next to him and POW, dead Uk.

Can get him to spawn only from the Hulk Mobs(yellow con) in that first dead end area. Have seen him pop on the upper shelf on the left(if sitting all the way in the nook at the end of the dead end), the Second mob spot from the dead end and the roamer on the other side has a chance as well. Just like tosk zone, named mobs seem to take forever to spawn some days.
Also ge the mutineer guy in this area as well, the orc in the right hand corner is a PH for him.

Camped this **** for about 12 hours. Got him to spawn 3 times total. I didnt see him spawn from clay golems like other say. I narrowed it down to the crystalline Hulks. Got him from 2 static hulk spawns and one roamer hulk. He's a bit too rare for my taste but really want the shock piercer.

Also spawned in place of the wandering "A crystalline hulk" in same area. I think he can spawn from any golem type mob, there.

Today, he is hitting fast enough to take down a 50k tank in about 2 seconds. Not sure if they buffed him up intentionally or unintentionally, but bring some rangers to WS and plenty of DPS if you want to kill him right now. :p
Also, he's yellow to level 84, so not always 87.

Update to previous: Came back the next day and killed him no problem with a tier 4 level 84 merc tanking. Was just a hiccup...

duo'd 85 mage and merc he isnt tough at all just uses a bit of mana best place to solo kill him is at the fork where you go to the frogs at he paths all the way over there. GL
static at 600, 494. Was dual wielding a sword and hammer. Dropped the sword + fine steel warhammer.

Make camp at Nedsin Tabbels and keep golems clear around that small area, roamers included. He's pretty rare spawn and drops the mask primarily but the sword does drop. Also, the sword was in his hand when I got mine :D

Like the poster below says, kill crystalline hulks in that room and Uk spawns fairly often. I know of at least two static spawn spots but I wouldn't be surprised if he could spawn from any of these mobs.

He pops in the big room up and to the left of zone in. Crystalline golems are his PH.
