The remains have a 4 min respawn timer.

If you are still having trouble finding the remains in the middle of 4 pillars that make a square.

Locate "Remains of Master Marthor" in the Kaesora area at -2039.18, -279.06, -48.32. Kill the surrounding mobs. There are two Iksar Masters guarding this one. They are both 85th level and pretty hard. Target the remains, then type /open them and loot Foot of the Master.
Inside this is a foot. For the "Evil Afoot" quest from Phara Dar. A sub quest to the Grand Illusion Quest. To open you have to dps the 2 monk guards to 25% then they will FD. Once both are FDed, you can open and loot the foot inside.
