Not having trouble getting him to spawn killing the four Stone guardians. Though i am on kill #4 and no weapon!!

5th kill did the trick
The camp was a little tough to break CC or puller needed. Start in the Stone guardian corner that has a room that is empty near it. This will prevent any AE's that might "Accedentaly" fire from agroing the room and training your group.
Once you have killed that mob work on some of the wonderers in the room. Working your way to the center of the room. Once all the iksars are dead in the center room go ahead and kill the remainding 3 guardians. Kill slowly to make for easy killing afterwords (space the spawns out) The named can spawn from any of the 4 guardians. 3.5-4k DPS and you can kill the entire center room before anything repawns. Easy camp once broken.

i have camped this mob on the saryrn server for 3 days now..first night i killed 21 phers and not 1 name... thinking maybe ill have better luck the next night i went back ... i killed phers 46 times and did not get 1 name pop ... ty sony for yet another way to keep plp playing endless hours just for 1 drop and still not come up with nothing..your better off finding it off a different name dont waste your time here
This mob is on the 5th floor in Kurns. There are 4 golems in the room - one in each corner. We had Estar spawn in 3 different corners while there so I would figure that each one can be a ph for him. There are a few roamers in the room as well as 3 stationary mobs.
He does cast a blind spell that is annoying. "You are blinded by a spray of sand and gives 3908 damage. "
high damage hit was 5396 most were in the 3k range
