He is at -143, -397 in game. Or just follow the search path to the Druid Guildmaster named Reebo Leafsway.
As a note I was made a wrong turn going from Misty Thicket to Kithicor Forest and ran into him. As a level 21 Iksar Necro using Gathered Shadows he got me down to 18% before I could fiegn death. Not sure if he sees thru regular invis though.

Storm reapers, mayor gubbins, merchants of rivervale, but raises with Unkempt druids. and i think he has around 1.5k hp, not quite sure. look out if you try to kill him, allthe druid guildmasters and stuff aggro and heal him.

The other night I was reading the compiled information for the Rogue's Epic 1.5 and 2.0, respectively.
From what I'm gathering, when Shakey's head is replaced, he reveals that he was not actually a scarecrow, but has been entombed in this form since his "murder in the forest."
Am I merely misreading the text? If not, then does anyone know exactly where this plot unfolds? Who was Shakey? Who murdered him and why?
Hope I'm wrong, this is kind of a depressing turn for Rivervale's mascot.

Well if the forrest hes talking about is kithakor which it probably is then prehaps he was a halfling who partispated in the war that occured there. Or maybe the evil of kithakor changed him at some later time.

I was bringing my 51 ogre warrior through RV on my way to HHK. I've built faction to be friendly to the kneehighs of the city, but apparently not with this guy. Took a wrong turn and ran into him. He started double hitting me for 250ish points per. I had to turn my big butt around and high tail it back to MT. Fortunatly, none of the kneehighs came to his aid, or I'da been d-e-d dead. Then this guy sits at the zone for what seemed like forever.

I can not say what Shakey drops, however cursed hay is what you combine in the forge with a flask of blessed oil and GIVE to shakey in order to get the belt of the River or the wee harvester. Get hay from west karana (Miller farm fields ) and get a flask of blessed oil in north queynos. Take the bale of hay and 66 gold to Feerott and find
Rorer. Give Rorer the hay and the gold and he will give you back cursed hay. then take the cursed hay to the forge near Shakey, combine it with the flask of blessed oil to get writhing hay. No smithing skill is necessary , I had none . Then give the writhing hay to shakey to receive either the belt or harvester. Easy quest if you have tracking ( to find Rorer).

Not sure if this is fact or fiction, but i heard someone say that shakey dropped the 'cursed hay' for the belt of the river quest, but being surrounded by druid level masters, I havnt seen anyone foolish enough to try.
