Bring somebody to single pull or some CC. I was able to take care of two at a time with an 83 cleric 85 warrior and their mercs

You just first have dione the task called "Take Everything" to get this one.
Steps are:
Collect Tirabeth Mergon's head (she is near Dragonheart camp, roaming)(spawns 2 Army of Light adds?)
Collect Mitor Errinthol's head (west of the Silverwing camp)(spawns 2 Ranger adds)
Collect Halana Aalthene's head (Gnollsalyer camp, no adds)
Deliver Tirabeth Mergon's head
Deliver Mitor Errinthol's head
Deliver Halana Aalthene's head
