1) Pull him with some non damage ability (of course you will get adds). 2) Invis and run away until you loose aggro. 3) Head back to the house. The guards path faster than Porrindal does. 4) When he paths back aggro before he gets close enough for the gaurds assist. (If your unsure on the assist range, kill the guards on the outside. They are single pullable)
Hope that helps!

I was able to pull Tyron singly with the use of a rogue with escape. I simply engaged Tyron will Throw Stone (didn't have any throwables with me) ran from the house and watched with my shammy (although one could use a 3rd person camera angle) until the rogue had made some space between the mobs, at which time the rogue escaped, clearing agro.
I do not know whether Tyron was ahead of the others by luck, by his running faster than others, or because of the delay in the agro of the others. At any rate, all but him and one other add walked away almost immediately. The other add then walked away, and very shortly thereafter Tyron turned. I was able to pull Tyron solo with the shammy.
With a monk or other FD class, it would presumably be even easier. (Rogues can only escape roughly once per hour.)

IF following the Rasper Guide to SoD progression, disregard his comment about the others around Tyron not assisting. They certainly DO assist, and I have no idea how he managed to kill without that happening. Bring several people to pac, or someone to mez the adds.
