Herald of Druzzil Ro  

This should probably be tagged for the Seeds of Destruction expansion as opposed to Planes of Power. I can confirm that this NPC is not present in PoTimeA or Plane of Knowledge on the Aradune server in PoP/LoY era. Additionally, it was added to the database in October of 2008, the month SoD released.

They now attempt to overthrow the god-aspects who inhabit this place. Should they succeed in claiming the Plane of Time,they will be able to travel to any number of [pivotal moments] in history.'
