Severin can be found in the basement area. He spawns an add called An elemental flame. Severin was hitting me for 1947 max. The adds max hit on my Druid was 1668 and it cast Small Explosion.
Severin also has a couple of spells, Boiling Oil and Jet of Flame.
Taken together pretty nasty combo.
