Another Noble Hunter in the swamp by Guk. He was blue at level 15. Sorry, no screenshot, I'll get one if I see him again. As far as I know, these nobles are the only way to raise Indigo Brotherhood faction if it's too low to do quests for the dark elves. It seems that the Nobles are all placeholders for eachother...there is often one hanging out by Guk, but each particular name seems to be rare. They kill froggies, and if you are evil, they attack you too! Hogas' max hit is for 27. Not sure of the factions, but I assume they were the same as Jars Legola.
